This is a animation that I created with Shannon for Samoan Language week. We researched about the Samoan form of cricket (Kilikiti). It is kind of the same as normal cricket, with a few differences - like the size and shape of the bat.
Talofa lava Daniel, Thanks for sharing your animation about Kilikiti. Your animation looks very slick and well thought through. Using Minecraft inspired art was a very creative. I love watching and playing cricket and have given Kilikiti a go a few times. It was harder than thought. Have you thought of a way to present your animation in a way that it plays automatically without having to click next slide repeatedly? If you captured a screen recording you could even add some sound effects and background music.
Thanks for sharing and keep up the fantastic blogging! Gerhard
Hello Gerhard We decided to use minecraft inspired art because we thought that the characters that they have look pretty cool. It definitely was pretty difficult to create them. I haven't actually thought of using a screen recorder, it will be a great idea for next time! Thanks for the comment. Daniel
