Summer Learning Journey

For this task, I have to say whether or not I think breakfast is the most important meal of the deal. Numerous researchers believe breakfast is the most important meal of the day but many people disagree. I think breakfast is the most important meal of the day because I can't focus at school if my stomach is growling.

  1. Hello Daniel, I also agree with you without breakfast your tummy starts rumbling. I skipped breakfast once and I didn't have enough energy to focus. Anyways keep up the great work.

    1. Hi Oh Hsen, I completely agree with you! My stomach sometimes starts rumbling so loudly when I'm hungry that my entire office can hear it. (It's pretty embarrassing so I try to make sure that I've already eaten my breakfast by the time that I arrive at work in the morning)!

I hope that you've had a really nice break and lots of lengthy, lazy breakfasts this holiday. I love sitting at the breakfast table with my son (Aronui) and my partner (Andy) eating and chatting. It's such a treat!

      All the best,
      Rachel :)

  2. Hi Daniel,

I completely agree with you - breakfast is definitely the most important meal of the day for me. I wake up hungry and can't imagine what it would be like to try and get through a morning at work or school without food. I usually try to eat a pretty healthy breakfast but it can be difficult when I'm also trying to get Aronui up and ready for school at the same time. We've taken to making smoothies for the family. Andy (my partner), Aronui and I currently love banana, peach, kiwi fruit smoothies. Seriously delicious!

    Are you a smoothie drinker?

    Cheers,
    Rachel :)
