I have to imagine that I have been asked to create my own airline. I would name it Auckland Airlines (AA) and here is my logo for it:
I named my airline Auckland Airlines because I live in Auckland so it wouldn’t make sense if I created a airlines that was called something like England airlines or American airlines.

Auckland Airlines is a great name, and it would make perfect sense if you're flying out of Auckland Airport too. I like how you've given your logo some colour too, was there a reason why you chose those particular colours? Maybe if you wanted to add to it, you could even add a little picture of something in the shield as well as the colours?
